The hotel looked promising at first sight, with its convenient location in the city center and proximity to a shopping mall. We also appreciated the effort made by the Assistant Manager who spoke English and tried his best to solve the issues we had with the room temperature. the breakfast was average but offered a decent variety of options.
Our romantic escape at this hotel was a big disappointment. The room was poorly maintained, with stained carpets that made it look dirty.

Great location with a mall right next door, and a good breakfast selection to start the day off. the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially the assistant manager who spoke English and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. the hotel offered room service which was a great option on a night when we didn't feel like dining out.
The check-in process was a bit slow and the initial room we were given was a little disappointing, with stained carpets and a faulty air conditioner. the maintenance team was quick to respond and they changed our room to a better one with functioning air conditioning.
